No returns or trials after opening the box: Once the perfume is unsealed, it becomes part of your personal journey and cannot be returned or resold.

Returns are only accepted upon delivery: If you wish to cancel or return, it must be done immediately upon receiving the order from the courier, provided the perfume remains sealed and unopened.

Order cancellation before delivery: You may cancel your order at any time before the courier arrives, with no obligations.
